2000 years ago a resistance group was formed by a renegade system lord named Egeria to stem the tide of oppression of the human race in the galaxy. She taught her children a new way of life. They promptly escaped to tunnels on various planets where they worked with their hosts in a spirit of total co-operation. Today, still wanted by the Goa'uld hierarchy, they work to take them down one at a time, aiming to continue until there are none left.
